Appetizer: Crab miso tofu

Sashimi: 2 kinds of bluefin tuna

Specialty: 1 cup of local red snow crab

Daimono: Noto pork and Noto puffer fish in grated yam hotpot

Grilled dish: Tuna cheek meat grilled with salt and koji

Deep-fried foods: Thick cucumber and shrimp sandwich fried and sweetfish fried with plum and shiso

Steamed potato buns

Meal: Grilled sweetfish with plum and chazuke
