Main dish: Shabu-shabu with Noto pork and tuna

Grilled dish: Noto pufferfish and duck roasted with salt koji and seared over straw.

Chilled soup with seasonal vegetables simmered in a refreshing broth

Deep-fried dishes: Kaga vegetables stuffed with shrimp and tempura of seasonal fish with grated radish sauce.

Steamed dish: Steamed egg custard with corn and yuba (tofu skin)

Meal: Grilled sweetfish with plum tea broth
