Sashimi: Crab sashimi and two kinds of tuna
A superb boiled crab (half a crab)
Served with crab vinegar
Main dish: Crab shabu
Grilled dish: Half a grilled crab
Deep-fried food: Crab tempura
Steamed dish: Crab chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)
Meal: Crab rice porridge
Sweets, Sherbet
*The crab sashimi is locally sourced (Kano crab), while other crabs are imported.
If local produce (Kano crab) is unavailable due to weather conditions or other reasons, it will be changed to blackthroat seaperch sashimi.
